MIX LEVEL YOGA
A flowing Yoga class that offers a practical exploration, for all experience levels, into different aspects and techniques in our practice.
This class offers both gentler and stronger options for Yogis of different experience levels, ranging from newies to experienced students.
It is a great way to develop and deepen our practice foundation; from the breath and asana to beyond!

ONLINE CLASSES
Online classes are live, interactive and held via google meet.

ASHTANGA LED
Ashtanga is a dynamic style of Yoga practice, centred in following a sequential flow of postures linked with our breath.
The heart of the practice is in developing meditative concentration and awareness, bringing greater understanding,acceptance, and love into our lives.
This class offers the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga in an accessible led class format, with options and modifications offered to support each student’s unique journey.

MYSORE
A self paced Ashtanga class for students to deepen their self practice through individualised support, guidance and assistance, whilst practicing amongst a group setting.
Students can arrive and finish within the 2.5hr time slot.
If you're new to mysore, booking in a “one on one” private session prior to attending can be a great way to get started!
