CORPORATE SESSIONS

Yoga & Mindfulness classes, workshops and event classes are designed to meet & support your unique business and employees needs.

 

Classes can focus on specific goals or issues, such as:

  • stress & anxiety

  • posture & backpain

  • general health & wellbeing

 

​Classes can be designed to suit your company and employees.

Styles can be:

  • gentle and relaxing classes

  • meditative & nourishing sessions

  • revitalising & inspiring flows

  • invigorating and challenging classes

Sessions can be held as:

  • regular weekly classes

  • one off or series of workshops

  • courses (ie 8 or 12 week blocks)

  • specially designed class to enhance special events in your work place

 

Yoga sessions can be held in the mornings, lunchtime breaks, afternoons, or evenings. These can be held onsite at your workplace or at a nearby hall.
